You now have the opportunity to be a part of Allen history while honoring a veteran or current member of the United States military by recognizing them on a donor brick at a new veterans memorial in Bethany Lakes Park. The Allen Veterans Memorial Committee is building the memorial, which honors veterans from all five branches of the military who have served and those who continue to serve in the United States military. A substantial portion of the funds needed to build this memorial will be raised from the sale of donor bricks, which will be placed around the memorial.






Allen Veterans Memorial Model Directions from Dallas off of US-75:
-Travel North on US-75 until you reach Allen
-Take the Bethany Drive Exit and go East (Right)
-Proceed on Bethany Drive for approximately 2.0 miles
-Turn Left into the parking lot for Joe Farmer Recreational Center just after crossing over Allen Heights Drive
-The memorial will be located directly behind Joe Farmer Recreational Center which is in Bethany Lakes Park on the corner of Allen Heights Drive and Bethany Drive in Allen.
